I stayed at this hotel for a night before moving into a rental apartment nearby. It was raining heavily that day and I arrived sopping wet, carrying a heap of stuff, exhausted and a bit grumpy. The young lady who was working at reception was brilliant - she realised immediately that I was very tired and she told me to take a seat and then proceeded to come over to ME to do the check-in while I stayed sitting down (I've never had a hotel do that before!) She offered me water too and was just generally very tuned in to what might make things easier for me. Wish I could remember her name because her thoughtfulness was much appreciated. The room was really nice - I love the little touches of style, such as the bright red old-fashioned phone. The shower was great - consistent temperature and good water pressure. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well.

I arrived around 01.15hrs in the morning after a very exhausting day. I felt immediately at home with a very helpful smiling gentleman behind reception who was very efficient with my registration to sign and key waiting. ( comparing this to many other hotel chains I stay at, this was so refreshing hence wishing to complete your survey) It continued when I asked for food and drink where he immediately considered my tiredness and hunger and though the room service had stopped, he found me some food to eat. Again. Lateral thinking these days are so unusual, I was so impressed. I cannot thank you enough. Please pass on my thanks to the staff but also the management who obviously ensure the staff are trained etc.

Ideal location and good value for money in Greenwich and London as a whole. Good transport links to central London. We were seeing Doja Cat at the O2 and with the location made it perfect to not have to attempt to use the underground as the queues were massive, we were able to nip back to the hotel and get a good nights rest ready to explore London the next day. Good checkout time too, not too early! Hotel was clean and immaculate. Staff were friendly, polite, and hospitable - top class.

Stayed 1 night as a base for a gig I attended at the o2 arena. This hotel is a 20 minute walk from the arena, or 15 if you go at a brisk pace. The walk isn't ideal with a few back roads and alleys but I found the route to be so busy with other people walking to and from the concert I felt safe enough. Room was small but clean with a comfortable bed. Fridge was useful as was the coffee machine. Managed to screencast Disney+ on the television from my phone.

The location of this hotel is perfect if you're going to an event at the 02 arena, drinks are a reasonable price considering it's London, the food at the hotel is amazing, the Sri Lankan veg curry is to die for 👌 We stayed on the 1st floor and was right next to the road/building works but with the window closed we couldn't here a thing! We really liked staying here and will definitely stay again
